Thanks for being a customer! We work hard to give you a great experience but at times there can be problems. While we will work hard to resolve them promptly and fairly to both parties, this document will serve as our guidelines for working with you.
We accept returns and exchanges 365 days a year. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, but we can offer an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We ask that you send the product back to our office at 9300 Marshall Drive, Ste. 200, Lenexa, KS 66215.
If you need to generate a return, please email email@example.com with the problem and to notify us of your issue.
If MedZone determines that the Product is defective, we will replace the product. All determinations made will be within MedZone's sole discretion and will be final.
All returns by MedZone in the United States will be sent using ground shipping; shipments being returned to a P.O. Box will be made using U.S. Mail.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds and exchanges are processed within three business days of receipt of the goods.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your bank account. Each bank has different timelines for processing returns. This is out of our control so we may ask your patience as these are processed. Please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org if you feel that sufficient time has passed and your credit has not posted to your account.
If you decide to cancel your order, we will make every attempt to cancel it prior to being shipped. We ship promptly, so there is a chance that your shipment could leave our warehouse and be in transit before your cancellation notice. Once the product is shipped, you will have to begin the return process.
Please note that every shipping courier has their own policies, you will need to contact them after your order has been shipped. Many national carriers are having extended delivery times. We work with these carriers to deliver a great shipping experience but at times there are delays out of our control.
We will ensure that all packages are shipped in new condition to the exact address that you provide at checkout. Please make sure you input the address correctly to avoid any delays. If you input incorrect information, it could delay your shipment and cause you added shipping costs. We only ship to the United States of America.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Discount promo codes not valid on closeouts/discontinued items. Returns are not available on closeout items or discontinued items.
